- ANY businesses /restaurants are a result of this.
- The PACE bus Depot was moved to Depot Drive under a P3 created during last administration
- Perlow Steel, PACE bus Barn, and the PEMA building were created by the last administration
- Logoplaste opened in 2013…again, the last administration
- The last administration extended Steiner from Rt 126 to 143rd St in 2009
Trains
- Ongoing topic of complaint that no local jurisdiction has control over but if we had more roadway access around them it might be an improvement.
- Need: Grade Separation for improved traffic flow-target area 143rd crossing

- 143rd St East is nearing completion due to monies obtained from County and State agencies, negotiated under last administration.
- Woodman’s – this development was in the works from 2016 because we have a phenomenal staff! Landowner finally agreed to sell the land.
- Replacement of Old Town East and West were the imitative of the Board during the last administration
- LogoPlaste Opens location in Plainfield 2013 during the last administration
Trucks
- Increase in truck traffic has to be managed better with more options to direct truck traffic out of already congested areas.
Small Business support-Parking
- Parking in Downtown must be managed better. Supposed parking committee formed by Mayor months ago with no update. Simple solution: timed parking management employees have to move away from business front doors.
